Our story
Our story begins in 1935 with Giuseppe Leva, the first generation of our family to embrace the profession of tour guide in Naples. With passion and dedication, Giuseppe accompanied travelers to discover the wonders of Campania, sharing the cultural and historical richness of our territory.
In 1965, Giuseppe attended the first refresher course for the profession of tourist guide, organized by the Provincial Tourism Board.

The passion for hospitality continued with his son-in-law, Franco Romano , an iconic figure among Campania's tourist guides.
Recognized by many as a unique, brilliant and professionally impeccable person, Franco founded one of the most important travel agencies of the time, Castina Tours, and then dedicated himself exclusively to the activity of tourist guide and the training of new guides.
For his innate elegance and his extraordinary dialectic, he was affectionately nicknamed “the Prince” and “the Lawyer”, even though this was not his profession.
A man capable of transforming every visit into a cultured, brilliant and unforgettable experience.

"Every trip we design begins with listening, with deep knowledge of our land, and with a passion passed down through generations.
We don’t just offer destinations, we create experiences that reflect who you are, through the places you explore."

It is through Franco that the passion for tourism was passed on to his daughters, both tour guides, and from there to his grandchildren. From the vision of one of his daughters, Stefania Romano , in the early 2000s the CappellinTour company was born, founded and managed together with her husband Paolo Cappelli, tour guide and volcanological guide .
Both have been operating for over twenty years as recognized references for Spanish and South American tourism in Campania, standing out for their reliability, competence and a deep connection with the territory.
Today , the goal is to further expand the company, enhancing its family roots and projecting it into the future thanks to the energy and ideas of the fourth generation of guides, represented by the three children: Vittoria, Lucrezia and Antonio .
A story of passion, tradition and vision that continues to grow.
